Information we collect

When you complete our quote form we collect your name, email address, phone number, journey details (dates, times, collection and destination addresses, any extra drop) and any additional details you choose to share. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the contact details and content of that message.

How and why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and deliver your booking, and keep records of the work we carry out. Our lawful bases are your consent when you submit an enquiry, the performance of a contract once you book, and our legitimate interests in running and improving our transport services. We also process data where we must to meet legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping.

Sharing your information

We share information only where necessary: with our drivers and operational partners so your journey can be delivered, with our email and hosting providers who process enquiry messages on our behalf, and with professional advisers, insurers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Booking and financial records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
